Overview
Karen Osborne has a first class honours degree in Fine Art and an MA and has exhibited her work widely throughout the UK. Her work is featured in several museum collections and is owned by private collectors in the UK and abroad. She has been awarded two arts fellowships and art prizes including Young Artist South East. |

She offers a wonderful portfolio of fantastic and innovative images and ideas for child centered products including books, pictures, wall paper, fabric design and furniture. The designs cover universal themes and include well known stories, people, animals, text, sport and culture. |

Paintings
The portfolio includes small works on paper through to large scale oil canvases which explore visual narratives from myths, religion, nursery rhymes, fairy tales, folklore and well known sayings and stories. Colour is an integral feature of the work alongside a rich and succulent surface.

The works explore advertising strategies to create a series of visual narratives based on different social issues. |
